Imagine yourself sitting on a park bench, watching the cars go by. You see all different colors, makes and models. Some are shiny and new, others have been well-used, and some need maintenance. Regardless of the quality of the car, we stay seated on our park bench. We don’t hop into the stranger’s car or get overly involved with each car's story (that car is in good/bad condition because…). To un-blend from our thoughts is the same process. We don’t dive into the thought-form, but instead we lovingly watch it come and go - without judgment, without a need to fix or change.
